Finance Executive (Construction Industry)
Key Responsibilities
Financial reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements aligned with project and corporate requirements.
Budget management: Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and highlight variances to management.
Cost control: Implement cost-saving measures, analyze project costing, and ensure financial efficiency.
Accounts payable & receivable: Process invoices, manage supplier payments, and follow up on client collections.
Payroll support: Assist HR in payroll processing, overtime calculations, and CPF contributions.
Compliance & audit: Ensure adherence to MOM, IRAS, and BCA regulations; support internal and external audits.
Project finance support: Work closely with project managers to align financial planning with construction timelines.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of contracts, purchase orders, and payment schedules.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
2–5 years of experience in finance, preferably within construction or manufacturing.
Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Info Tech, QuickBooks) and MS Excel.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Knowledge of Singapore financial regulations (IRAS, CPF, GST).
