Finance Executive

The Finance Executive will be a member of the Finance & Accounts team at VizExperts India. This opening is for positions in the Delhi/NCR region, with the closest VizExperts office being in Gurgaon.

The main responsibilities of the Finance Executive includes but not limited to:

• Assist with preparation of the budget

• Implement financial policies and procedures

• Establish and maintain cash controls

• Establish, maintain and reconcile the general ledger

• Monitor cash reserves and investments

• Prepare and reconcile bank statements

• Establish and maintain supplier accounts

• Processes supplier invoices

• Maintain the purchase order system

• Ensure data is entered into the system

• Issue cheques for all accounts due

• Ensure transactions are properly recorded and entered into the computerized accounting system

• Prepare income statements

• Prepare balance sheets

• Prepare monthly financial statements

• Prepare quarterly reports and report on variances

• Assist with the annual audit

• Maintain the computerized accounting system

• Maintain financial files and records

• Assisting in accounts & taxation

• Maintaining the record of vouchers & bills

• Maintaining the statutory books and registers


The following are the minimum qualifications an individual needs in order to successfully perform the duties and responsibilities of this position.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Master in Commerce/Finance

Experience

0-2 years in Finance/ Accounts field.

Experience in a functional role like finance or accounts preferred

Written Communication

Proficient in English (required for all team communications).

Computer Literacy

Tally, ERP, MS Office including PowerPoint, Word & Excel
