Finance & HR Admin Executive
* Accounts Receivable and Payable
* Daily Bank Reconciliation
* Manage petty cash and expenses claims
* Generate GST reports and update Audit Schedules
* Maintain accounting records and statutory submissions
* Handle recruitment matters
* Prepare and process Payrolls for all employees
* Liaise with CPF Board, IRAS and MOM for employment matters
* Organizing of company events
* Any other Finance, HR Admin duties as assigned
Requirements
* Minimum Diploma and Accounting certificates
* At least 3 years of experience in managing SME office
* Sound accounting and HR software knowledge, MIM & InfoTech preferred
* Availability on short notices preferred
*Work Permit welcome
