Finance & HR Officer
We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Finance & HR Executive / Manager to provide comprehensive support across finance, accounting, human resources, and compliance functions.
This role serves as a key business partner to management, ensuring financial discipline, regulatory compliance, people management, and operational efficiency across multiple entities and outlets in Singapore and Malaysia.
The ideal candidate is commercially minded, highly organised, proactive, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Finance & Accounting
A. Financial Management
- Manage full sets of accounts for Singapore and Malaysia entities
- Oversee monthly financial closing and management reporting
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly management accounts
- Monitor cashflow and working capital requirements
- Review financial reports submitted by branch office
- Handle ad-hoc project
B. Budgeting & Forecasting
- Prepare annual budgets and periodic forecasts
- Monitor actual performance against budget
- Provide variance analysis and recommendations
- Support strategic planning and business decision-making
C. Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Review supplier invoices and payment schedules
- Monitor receivables and collection activities
- Ensure timelya nd accurate processing of transactions
Compliance& Audit
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks and corporate secretaries
- Prepare audits chedules and supporting documentation
- Ensure compliance with Singapore accounting standards
- Manage GST submissions and corporate tax matters
- Ensure compliance with ACRA, IRAS and CPF (Singapore) / KWSP, Perkeso, LHDN, SSM (Malaysia) requirements
Human Resources
A HR Administration
- Manage payroll processing for Singapore and Malaysia entities.
- Ensure compliance with employment regulations and statutory requirements.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports, employee records, and documentation.
- Administer employee benefits, leave, and attendance records.
B Recruitment& Onboarding
- Coordinate recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and reference checks.
C Employee Relations
- Handle employee enquiries and provide HR support and guidance.
- Assist in resolving employee issues and grievances.
- Foster a positive, professional, and inclusive workplace culture.
D Compliance & Work Pass Matters
- Manage all MOM work pass applications, renewals, transfers, and cancellations.
- Stay updated on employment laws and regulatory changes in Singapore and Malaysia.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, employment regulations, and statutory requirements.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Professional Certificate, or Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Human Resource Management, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in full-set accounting and HR administration.
- Experience handling both Singapore and Malaysia entities will be an advantage.
- Experience with payroll processing and statutory compliance.
Technical Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with ERP/accounting systems; Navision experience is an advantage.
