Propósito del Rol

Apoyar la eficiencia del proceso de pagos mediante la identificación de fallas, el soporte a usuarios y el seguimiento de incidencias, fungiendo como enlace entre usuarios y equipos internos. Contribuir al monitoreo de desempeño y a la automatización de reportes para mejorar la visibilidad y toma de decisiones.

Responsabilidades clave

· Identificar retrasos y fallas en el proceso de pagos y proponer acciones correctivas.

· Brindar soporte a usuarios para canalizar y resolver problemas de manera ágil.

· Dar seguimiento a incidencias como punto de contacto entre usuarios y equipos (CG / UL).

· Monitorear tiempos de pago y cumplimiento del proceso.

· Apoyar en la creación y mantenimiento de dashboards (Power BI) con indicadores clave (issues, usuarios, pagos, tendencias).

• Estudiante activo(a) de Carreras financieras, administrativas y afines
• Alta capacidad de aprendizaje y curiosidad por desarrollarse
• Buenas habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita
• Capacidad para trabajar en equipo en entornos colaborativos
• Actitud proactiva y enfoque de “hacer que las cosas pasen”
• Conocimientos avanzados de: Excel, PowerPoint, PBI, etc.
• Habilidades de organización y gestión del tiempo
• Atención al detalle y enfoque en la calidad
• Capacidad para manejar múltiples tareas y priorizar
• Nivel de inglés intermedio
