As a Finance Manager, you'll secure ICEYE's financial compliance and operational growth in India. Acting as the primary finance lead in-country, you'll partner closely with regional leadership and global finance — ensuring full statutory compliance, managing local financial risks, and providing the clarity needed to scale the business.c aperture radar) satellite constellation. Your day-to-day responsibilities

Finance Management & Business Partnering

  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the Indian office

  • Provide strategic financial insights to support business growth and operational decision-making

  • Monitor financial performance, analyse variances, and recommend actions to accelerate growth

  • Partner with local leadership and global teams to align business strategies for growth and expansion

  • Oversee local statutory reporting and manage the local accounting office

Accounting & Compliance Oversight

  • Support group accounting and drive local compliance

  • Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting

  • Maintain compliance with Indian GAAP (Ind AS), tax regulations, and statutory requirements

  • Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities

Regulatory & Tax Management

  • Manage corporate income tax filings, advance tax schedules, and all withholding tax (TDS) obligations — including Form 24Q for salary TDS, TDS on vendor payments, and Section 195 TDS on remittances to ICEYE

  • Own end-to-end GST compliance: monthly GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B filings, reconciliations, and annual GSTR-9 return

  • Stay up to date with changes in Indian financial regulations and ensure ongoing compliance

  • Support transfer pricing compliance including annual TP documentation, Form 3CEB filing, and accountant's report under Section 92E; manage intercompany billing with ICEYE OY, management fees, and secondment costs

  • Support the Company Secretary (internal or external) on all MCA / Registrar of Companies compliance obligations

Team & Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as the key point of contact for all finance-related matters in India

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with global finance, operations, sales, and legal teams

What we're looking for

Must haves:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification

  • 12+ years of relevant finance experience

  • Strong knowledge of Indian GAAP (Ind AS), IFRS, local tax regulations, and statutory reporting requirements

  • Proven ability to translate financial data into strategic insights

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, international environment

  • Fluent in English

Nice to haves:

  • Experience working in a multinational or scale-up environment

  • Familiarity with transfer pricing and intercompany billing in an international group context

  • Hindi language skills
