🔹 Manage financial transactions, payments & bank reconciliations
🔹 Review budgets, procurement documents & financial reports
🔹 Monitor cash operations and internal controls
🔹 Support audits and ensure compliance with IRC policies
🔹 Supervise and support finance staff

✅ BA/MBA in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or related field
✅ 2+ years' experience (Degree) or 5+ years (Diploma)
✅ NGO experience is an advantage
✅ Knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office
✅ Afan Oromo proficiency is highly desirable
