This role goes\nsignificantly beyond traditional accounting. We are looking for someone who can\nthink like an operator, <\/span>build <\/span>systems <\/span>from <\/span>the <\/span>ground <\/span>up, <\/span>create <\/span>structure <\/span>in <\/span>evolving <\/span>environments, <\/span>and <\/span>bring <\/span>strong <\/span>financial\ndiscipline into a fast\-growing, mission\-driven organization.<\/span>

The ideal candidate\nshould be comfortable working across multiple entities and business verticals\nwhile managing <\/span>accounting <\/span>operations, <\/span>compliance, <\/span>reporting, <\/span>finance <\/span>processes, <\/span>dashboards, <\/span>controls, <\/span>and <\/span>internal coordination.<\/span><\/span>

\u2022 <\/span><\/span><\/span>Build\nand strengthen scalable accounting and finance processes<\/span><\/span>

\u2022 <\/span><\/span><\/span>Create\nSOPs and structured workflows for recurring finance activities<\/span><\/span>

\u2022 <\/span><\/span><\/span>Create\nmeaningful financial reports and dashboards for leadership<\/span><\/span>

\u2022 <\/span><\/span><\/span>Analyze\nfinancial data and provide operational insights<\/span><\/span>

\u2022 <\/span><\/span><\/span>Experience\ncreating dashboards, reports, and financial tracking systems<\/span><\/span>

\u2022 <\/span><\/span><\/span>Strong\nunderstanding of GST, TDS, payroll, PF, Professional Tax, and statutory compliance<\/span><\/span>
