Overview A financial business partner role in ChCC to be responsible of Capex and Productivity, support BU SC function in delivering BU's Supply Chain Finance requirements. Responsibilities Functional Responsibilities: Create / generate SC Finance reports by following DTPs (desk top procedures) and ensure that DTPs are continuously updated in line with process changes. Analysis and reporting of actual results tracking against AOP/forecast during monthly closing and POR, timely identifying any potential risks/opportunities along with course corrective initiatives to ensure results delivery on AOP Lead Capex (Capital Appropriation Request <$2MM) modeling and online submission Capex Understand SC related costing and take lead in the financial analysis (incl. IRR, NPV, payback) for Capex projects Keep smooth contact with Agro/SC/Engineering team and timely prepare CAR (i.e. Capital Appropriation Request <$2MM) for approval Productivity Understand SC related Productivity, support manager to coordinate with cross functions, collect and review Productivity projects Maintain Power Steering system, track and analyze the gap between Actual and Fcst Forecasting, Budgeting and Tracking Prepare monthly Operations Financial Performance report and gap analysis for Operations Leadership Teams Provide robust process for tracking, budgeting and forecasting of supply chain related KPI’s including Capex, productivity, etc. Comparing actuals against plan and updating forecasts to reflect actual performance and informing management on the progress of the company’s strategic plans Support manager to organize monthly review meeting, including preparing actual and forecast data with Power BI or excel templates, collecting information from SC and arranging meeting Digitalization Clean up data and generate dashboard with Power BI on monthly base Leverage digital tools for actual tracking, forecasting and budget management Qualifications Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, CPA is preferred 5+ years in Financial or Business Analysis, including 2+ years in FP&A, audit firm and FMCG experience is preferred Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate findings into actionable solutions and processes Strong leadership, collaboration, and verbal/written communications skills with ability to influence others Excellent computer skills, Excel modeling; high level of comfort using information systems Skilled in using digital tools such as Powe BI, and quick to learn new tools Results oriented with ability to initiate and lead projects to completion Innovative thinker with a focus on continuous process improvement Proficiency in English writing and reading, good for English oral communication.
