Finance specialist (Short-Term 3 months Contract)

Start Date: Immediate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented finance professional to join our team on a short-term contract basis to support a due diligence consulting engagement. The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders and external advisors in the execution of financial, tax, and legal due diligence activities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in coordinating and managing due diligence requests and data submissions.

  • Support financial due diligence activities, including analysis of financial statements, management accounts, budgets, and forecasts.

  • Compile, review, and organize financial and operational information required by consultants.

  • Liaise with tax advisors and consultants on tax due diligence matters and information requests.

  • Support legal due diligence by coordinating document collection and tracking legal information requests.

  • Maintain due diligence trackers and monitor progress against project timelines.

  • Prepare reports, schedules, reconciliations, and presentation materials for management.

  • Ensure completeness, accuracy, and timely delivery of requested information.



Requirements

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.

  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, audit, transaction services, M&A support, or due diligence projects.

  • Background in audit, transaction advisory, corporate finance, or financial planning and analysis are preferred
