ROLE OVERVIEW
The Finance Supervisor is an experienced finance professional responsible for leading a specific financial operations function within the Tracxtion Finance Shared Solutions team. Reporting to the Director of Finance, this role combines technical depth with team leadership — owning either the accounting close function or payroll and accounts payable operations for a defined set of entities, and ensuring delivery to the highest standards of accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
Finance Supervisors at Tracxtion serve as functional leads within their domain — accountable for both the quality of financial outputs and the development of the analysts and coordinators on their team. They operate as strong individual contributors who are equally effective at executing complex financial processes and building team capability.

- Oversee expense management processes including employee reimbursements and corporate credit card reconciliations.
Controls, Compliance & Audit Support
- Maintain strong internal controls within the functional area, ensuring appropriate segregation of duties and documentation standards.
- Prepare audit schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documentation for internal reviews and external audits.
- Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations, tax requirements, and Shared Solutions standards.

- Contribute to the development and maintenance of Finance SOPs, templates, and operational playbooks.
- Support the onboarding of newly acquired entities to Tracxtion's financial processes and systems within the functional area.
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, coach, and develop Finance Analysts and Finance Coordinators within the team.
- Set clear expectations, provide regular feedback, and contribute to the professional growth of junior team members.

- Experience in multi-entity or agency environments strongly preferred.
- Proficiency with ERP platforms, payroll systems (ADP, Gusto), and Microsoft Excel.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple deadlines accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across Finance and with non-finance partners.
