<\/p>- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial\nstatements<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Maintain general ledger accuracy through journal entry review and approvals <\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Reconcile balance sheet accounts and stock movements across sites <\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Ensure inventory and budgetary adjustments are reflected appropriately <\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Review and correct GL allocations; assess provision and accrual needs <\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Maintain and update the fixed asset register; run monthly depreciation <\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Conduct on\-site verification of stock counts with farm\-based teams <\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Draft dashboard reporting and assist with cash flow analysis for Treasury <\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Support BAS, ATO returns, and assist with external audits <\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Investigate outstanding purchase orders and system discrepancies <\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Cross\-check and release creditors\u2019 payments <\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Manage and evaluate foreign currency transactions and balance<\/span><\/span><\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>Qualifications & Experience
<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/div>- Bachelor\u2019s degree in accounting<\/span><\/span>, Finance, or a related field (essential)<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- CA or CPA qualified, or currently enrolled and\nprogressing toward certification (preferred)<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Minimum 3 years\u2019 experience in a financial\naccounting or similar role<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Valid Australian driver\u2019s license<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Willingness to travel to farm sites within WA\n(day travel)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- This is a\nsplit role, typically spending part of the week in the Perth office and part\non\-site at farms within day\-travel distance<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li><\/ul>Functional / Technical<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/div>- Strong understanding of financial reporting, compliance, and accounting principles
<\/span><\/li>- Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (NetSuite advantageous)
<\/span><\/li>- Ability to work across complex, multi\-site environments (agribusiness experience a plus)
