<\/p>- Manage cash flow planning,\n forecasting, and reporting to ensure liquidity and operational continuity.<\/span>

<\/li>- Implement strategies to optimize\n working capital and mitigate financial risks.<\/span>

<\/p>- Strengthen internal control\n systems, policies, and procedures.<\/span>
<\/li>- Ensure adherence to tax,\n regulatory, and financial reporting standards.<\/span>
<\/li>- Oversee internal audit processes\n and ensure timely implementation of corrective actions.<\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>
Education<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>- Bachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting,\n Finance, or Economics<\/b>.<\/span>
<\/li>- MBA<\/span><\/b> or Master\u2019s in Finance is an added advantage.<\/span>
<\/li>- ACA, ACCA, or CPA<\/span><\/b> certification is required.<\/span>
<\/li><\/ul> Experience<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>- 6\-8 years of progressive finance\n experience, with at least 4 years in a senior management role, (experience in one of the Big 4 is an added advantage)<\/span>
<\/li>- Strong background in financial\n planning, analysis, and reporting<\/b> within the oil and gas<\/b> or\n related sector.<\/span>
<\/li>- Demonstrated experience managing\n audits, compliance, and ERP systems (e.g., Zoho, SAP, Oracle).<\/span>
<\/li><\/ul> Knowledge & Skills<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>- Deep understanding of IFRS,\n Nigerian tax laws, and regulatory compliance<\/b>.<\/span>
<\/li>- Exceptional analytical, strategic,\n and problem\-solving skills.<\/span>
<\/li>- Strong leadership, communication,\n and interpersonal abilities.<\/span>
<\/li>- Proficiency in MS Office Suite<\/b> and financial management tools.<\/span>
