Financial Analysis Advisor - Cigna Pharmacy FP&A
This role supports the Cigna Pharmacy FP&A team that handles Financial Planning & Analysis for all Rx earnings related to Cigna Healthcare integrated pharmacy members in US Employer. Specifically, this Financial Analysis Advisor will be responsible for the Rx membership forecast.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Own the quarterly projection, monthly results, variance analysis and storytelling related to Cigna integrated pharmacy membership counts.
Work closely with partners in Sales and Account Management as well as US Employer Buyer Group Finance teams to provide actionable insights and monitor, explain, predict and align on membership targets.
Work across the Cigna Pharmacy FP&A team to grasp the various components of the quarterly results and projections and identify themes and connect the dots to summarize into one cohesive and succinct story for the respective Buyer Group BFOs.
Understand the dynamics of how the earnings profile and P&L margin implications vary for different Buyer Groups (National vs Middle vs Select, etc.) and Funding Types (ASO vs Insured).
Lead other financial analyses and ad-hoc projects as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting or related field strongly preferred
5+ years of financial analysis or related experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to foster collaboration and thrive in a heavily matrixed and highly dynamic environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and organized.
Effective time management.
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 96,800 - 161,300 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
