Financial Analyst – CDB Strategy

You will support the creation and growth of the CDB funding book from the ground up. You will interface with investment platforms, monitor market conditions to identify timing and strategies for CDB issuance, and track competitors to benchmark rates volumes and strategies. You will build and maintain reports and controls using Excel and SQL, analyze data to support decision-making on pricing funding and allocation, collaborate with cross-functional teams to structure and improve financial products, and use AI tools to enhance analysis and productivity.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in financial markets preferably with CDB or fixed income products
• Experience in banks brokerages or financial institutions dealing with similar instruments
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data
• Working knowledge of SQL
• Proficiency in Excel for controls analysis and reporting
• Understanding of how CDBs work including market dynamics and funding strategies
• High agency with ability to take ownership and drive work forward autonomously
• Adaptability and comfort working in a fast-changing environment
• Interest in using AI as part of daily workflow
• Experience using AI tools for analysis or automation
• Advanced English
