The duties, described below, represent the major duties performed at the GS-11 level. The duties performed for developmental positions will be of limited scope and complexity to develop skills, proficiency, and work experience.

Coordinate projects involving the development or revision of the laws, policies and procedures that will enhance productivity and an acceptable level of customer service.

Provide technical guidance in the interpretation and application of processing administrative hearings, and congressional inquiries.

Identify and resolve procedural deficiencies through reports and recommendations.

Review, analyze, and report on the results of operations, and incorporate necessary changes into operational instructions or regulations.
