  • Have a proven ability to build and manage a client portfolio
  • Are relationship-driven and commercially minded
  • Are NAMFISA compliant (or working towards compliance)
  • Have an entrepreneurial mindset and strong self-drive
  • Demonstrate the ability to generate business without reliance on allocated leads
  • Take ownership of performance and income growth
  • Are comfortable operating in a performance-based environment
  • Hold a Grade 12 qualification with relevant diploma and life insurance certification
  • Have a valid driver’s license

  • Strong brand backing and credibility within the market
  • Opportunities to collaborate with specialist solution teams
  • Cross-sell opportunities across insurance, investments, and banking solutions
  • A dynamic and evolving working environment with opportunities to innovate and grow

We can be a match if you are:

  • Always doing the right thing – Fight for ethical conduct and transparency
  • Curious – Believe in insight and creativity to unlock value
  • Deeply invested – Take initiative and lead yourself and your business
  • Valuing differences – Be inclusive, respectful, and collaborative
