Financial Planner's Associate

This is a remote position.

A Fast-growing, multi-disciplined financial planning firm seeks an experienced Financial Planner Associate to work with existing Financial Planners and clients to coordinate services between our tax, trust, entity, portfolio and insurance teams. This is a fast paced and highly skilled firm that works with high net worth individuals in a true comprehensive fiduciary planning capacity. You will be working within our main program, eMoney, and working with our Financial Planner to maintain our client relationships. • Past experience with either eMoney, Navi-Plan, MoneyGuide Pro, or similar high net worth planning tools. (preferred)
• At least two years in a prior Financial Planners Assistant/Associate role
• Ability to work at a high energy level within a team while still delivering a quality client experience.
• Experience and comfortable with administrative duties such as Completing and Processing custodial paperwork, CRT Distributions, Roth Conversions, RMD's, etc
• Must be comfortable with scheduling appointments and handling the coordination of the calendar for multiple Financial Planners
• Experience in working directly with clients and responding to email and phone inquiries promptly.
• Must be detail-oriented and willing to take initiative
• Must be comfortable with technology as we are a very tech-driven firm; there is very little paper handled in the office as all is digital
• Must have a cell phone to install our IP Soft Phone
• Must be able to prove high-speed internet for usage with video calls with team and clients as some work may be virtual
• No criminal background
• No bankruptcy in the last 10 years
