Responsibilities The Opportunity The FP&A Analyst supports financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis activities for HQ-Central América level. The role focuses on accurate data preparation, variance analysis, and standardized reporting to enable informed decision-making by FP&A Manager and senior leadership. The position operates primarily in an execution and analytical support capacity under established processes and governance. Your Impact Financial Planning & Forecasting: Assist in preparing Forecast, LE, and AOP by gathering, validating, and consolidating inputs; ensure timely and accurate submissions per FP&A timelines. P&L Analysis & Variance: Conduct variance analysis vs. plan and prior periods; prepare explanations of key drivers; support monthly close with data checks and reconciliations. Reporting & Data Management: Maintain FP&A reports and dashboards (Excel, Power BI, SAP/HFM); ensure data accuracy and consistency; support management presentations and performance reporting. Business Partnering: Provide financial support to teams, including OpEx tracking and basic CapEx analysis; respond to analytical requests and escalate issues as needed. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance data quality, reporting efficiency, and support standardization initiatives. Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred) 1–3 years of experience in FP&A, finance, accounting, or related analytical roles Strong Excel skills; basic experience with BI tools (Power BI), and ERP systems (SAP/HFM preferred) Solid analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a structured environment Strong execution and follow-through Clear and structured communication skills Learning agility and openness to feedback Ability to work effectively in a matrix, multicultural environment Team-oriented mindset with customer-service orientation If this is an opportunity that interests you, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet 100% of the requirements.
