Financial Services Administrator

We’re currently looking for Financial Services Administrators to join our team. This is a great opportunity to work closely with consultants, develop your expertise, and make a visible impact on the clients we serve!

What you’ll be doing:

  • administering and managing a portfolio of pension and personal wealth clients, ensuring accurate records and smooth account management
  • supporting consultants in the smooth running of client accounts – from document preparation and workflow management to meeting coordination
  • handling client queries and maintaining high levels of service, resolving issues promptly and professionally
  • ensuring all activities comply with internal procedures and regulations, maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records
  • keeping consultants and clients informed at every stage, tracking case progress and flagging issues proactively
  • staying up to date with industry developments and making the most of training and development opportunities

What we’re looking for:

  • minimum three years’ experience in financial services administration, ideally with pension or personal wealth clients
  • strong understanding of financial products and client portfolio management
  • excellent communication and customer service skills – approachable, clear, and professional with clients
  • high attention to detail with the ability to resolve client issues efficiently and accurately
  • organised, proactive, and able to juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball
  • happy working as part of a team or independently when needed; experience supporting senior consultants or leadership teams is a plus
