Role Overview
The Financial Services Director is a senior leadership role responsible for driving business strategy, advisor development, and long-term sustainability of the practice.
This position is suitable for:

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and grow a team of Financial Services Managers and Consultants
- Set strategic direction for recruitment, productivity and culture
- Develop scalable advisory systems and sustainable business practices
- Ensure strong governance, compliance and risk management
- Coach senior advisors to achieve consistent, ethical performance
- Represent the practice professionally in corporate and strategic partnerships
