Financial Specialist

We are now looking for a dedicated Financial Specialist (Chinese speaking) to join our dynamic team in Ho Chi Minh City.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Daily Financial Operations

  • Handle daily accounting tasks, including bookkeeping, voucher preparation, review of expense reimbursements, and management of receivables/payables.
  • Manage cash and bank transactions to ensure book balances align with actual accounts.

2. Invoice and Tax Management

  • Responsible for issuing, verifying, and managing VAT invoices to ensure compliance.
  • Assist in preparing tax filing documents (monthly, quarterly, and annual) and complete tax declarations on time.
  • Coordinate with tax inspections, audits, and risk assessment activities.

3. Cost and Expense Management

  • Review departmental expenses to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Assist in cost accounting and analysis, regularly generating cost-related reports.

4. Account Reconciliation

  • Perform reconciliations for accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank accounts, supplier accounts, and internal transactions.
  • Assist in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.

5. Financial Reporting

  • Assist in preparing financial statements, including the balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement.
  • Generate financial data analysis reports as required to support management decision-making.

Job Requirements:

  • Certification in Accounting or Finance
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in finance or accounting
  • Proficient in financial software
  • Familiar with national accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial systems and procedures.
  • Skilled in using Excel and other office software.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and demonstrates strong professional ethics.
  • Quick learner with the ability to rapidly understand business operations.
  • Experience in tax, auditing, or cost accounting is an advantage.
  • Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) is essential.
