Financial Specialist (Solar)

The purpose of the Finance Specialist (Solar) is a client facing sales person who receives leads from solar providers. They then contact the buyers to use our services, submits the application to our bank/lenders and engages with the bank/lender to get the loan approved.

  • To complete and submit loan applications and relevant forms accurately and timorously
  • Establish, maintain and enhance relationships with the bank Liaison
  • Establish, maintain and enhance relationships with the Solar provider
  • Establish, maintain and enhance relationship with Key Account Manager
  • Promote and maintain the good standing and credibility of the company at all times
  • Remain abreast of changes in lending criteria as they change from time to time
  • Prepare and submit within stated time periods accurate monthly sales reports in the prescribed format
  • Minimum academic qualification - Grade 12
  • Computer literate
  • Minimum industry experience
  • Sales experience
  • Asset finance experience advantageous
  • Solar industry knowledge advantageous
