As a senior Financial Systems Analyst, the incumbent ensures that government policy and regulations are fully supported in the design and development of assigned financial systems.

Investigates, analyzes, and determines the cost and impact of proposed changes or new subsystems.

Employee leads operational reviews for both internal and external audit agencies.

Analyst assists in the planning and development of assessment criteria and conditions for the testing phases.

Incumbent is responsible for planning, coordinating, and compiling complex financial data related to program and budget, procurement, financial management, auditing, and accounting procedures, concepts, and reporting.
