Job Summary
The Fine Dining Food Runner – Full-Time is responsible for delivering food from the kitchen to guests in a timely and accurate manner while supporting the service team in maintaining a smooth and efficient dining experience.
This role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while upholding Black Desert Resort’s ultra-premium service standards.

Onsite: Black Desert Resort – Fine Dining OutletsShift & Schedule Availability: Year-Round / Full-TimePay Rate: $12.00/hour plus tips. This is the pay rate we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.

Responsibilities
- Deliver food from the kitchen to guests quickly and accurately according to ticket specifications.
- Ensure proper presentation and garnishing of dishes prior to delivery.
- Communicate clearly with kitchen staff and servers to ensure correct order execution.
- Describe dishes to guests when delivering food, including key ingredients and preparation details.
- Assist servers with table maintenance including clearing plates and resetting tables as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations and expo areas.
- Support proper timing of courses and coordination between kitchen and front-of-house teams.
- Assist in running food for multiple tables during peak service periods.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
- Maintain a professional and polished presence when interacting with guests.
- Support opening and closing duties including setup and breakdown of service areas.
- Uphold Black Desert Resort’s ultra-premium hospitality standards
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food running, serving, or hospitality preferred.
- Experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant environments is a plus.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and presentation standards.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and carry multiple plates.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
