Fire & Safety Executive

We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Fire and Safety Executive to ensure the safety of the premises, occupants, and assets by maintaining fire protection systems and implementing safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
<\/div>
<\/div>
\u2022\tConduct routine inspection and maintenance of fire extinguishers, hydrant systems, sprinkler systems, hose reels, and fire pumps.
<\/div>
<\/div>
\u2022\tMonitor and maintain Fire Alarm (FA) and Public Address (PA) systems.
<\/div>
<\/div>
\u2022\tPerform weekly and monthly testing of fire pumps and safety equipment.
<\/div>
<\/div>
\u2022\tConduct fire drills, evacuation drills, and safety training programs.
<\/div>
<\/div>
\u2022\tIdentify unsafe acts/conditions and prepare incident and accident reports.
<\/div>
<\/div>
\u2022\tIssue and monitor work permits (Hot work, Height work, Confined space, Excavation work).
<\/div>
<\/div>
\u2022\tMaintain checklists, logs, and asset records for fire and safety equipment.
<\/div>
<\/div>
\u2022\tCoordinate with vendors for servicing, refilling, and rectification works.
<\/div>
<\/div>
\u2022\tEnsure compliance with statutory fire and safety regulations.
<\/div>
<\/div>
\u2022\tRespond promptly to fire alarms and emergency situations.

Requirements<\/h3>Diploma/BE in Fire Safety.<\/b>

<\/div>\u2022 Knowledge of fire safety systems and equipment
<\/div>\u2022\tUnderstanding of risk assessment and Job Hazard Analysis (JHA)
<\/div>\u2022\tBasic knowledge of MS Office
<\/div>\u2022\tGood communication and leadership skills
<\/div>\u2022\tAbility to handle emergency situations calmly
<\/div><\/span>
