<\/span><\/div>The Site Engineer<\/b> will be responsible for managing and\ncoordinating on\-site fit\-out activities, ensuring that all works are executed\nin strict compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards,\nand project timelines. The role requires close coordination with project\nmanagers, contractors, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to align\nworkmanship quality, resources, logistics, and budgets throughout the project\nlifecycle.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

<\/li>- Supervise and manage day\-to\-day interior fit\-out works\nfor luxury villas, including high\-end finishes such as marble and stone works,\nbespoke joinery, ceilings, partitions, façade elements, and decorative\nfinishes.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Ensure all works are executed in full compliance with\napproved IFC drawings, shop drawings, material submittals, method statements,\nand project specifications.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Coordinate closely with MEP teams to ensure seamless\nintegration with architectural finishes, including proper coordination of\nopenings, supports, sleeves, and concealed services prior to closures.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Monitor site progress against the approved programme,\nidentify potential delays, and proactively coordinate with subcontractors and\nsuppliers to maintain project timelines.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Conduct regular quality inspections, ensure compliance\nwith approved mock\-ups and samples, and issue snag lists while ensuring timely\nand proper rectification of defects.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Coordinate and manage contractors, subcontractors,\nsuppliers, and site labour, ensuring efficient use of manpower, materials, and\nequipment.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Preparation and submission of inspection requests\n(IRs), work notifications, method statements, and daily/weekly progress\nreports.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Support site inspections and handovers with contractors,\nconsultants, developers, and authorities, and ensure closure of comments and\nobservations in a timely manner.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Verify material deliveries on site to ensure\ncompliance with approved specifications, storage requirements, and protection\nof high\-value finishes.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Ensure strict adherence to Health, Safety, and\nEnvironmental (HSE) regulations and maintain a clean, organized, and safe site\nenvironment.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Coordinate with the Project Manager on site planning,\nlogistics, sequencing of works, and technical challenges, proposing practical\nsolutions when required.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Assist in the preparation of as\-built drawings,\nwarranties, and handover documentation related to fit\-out works<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Possess solid general\nknowledge of MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, ELV) to effectively\ncoordinate services with architectural and fit\-out works, identify clashes, and\nensure proper integration prior to closure of ceilings, walls, and floors.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>- Minimum 5 years of proven\nexperience in interior fit\-out works, with strong exposure to luxury villas or\nhigh\-end residential projects in Dubai<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Hands\-on experience working on high\-quality\narchitectural finishes, bespoke joinery, marble/stone works, ceilings,\npartitions, and façade elements.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Experience in coordinating MEP and architectural\ninterfaces, identifying clashes, and supporting solutions prior to site\nexecution.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Familiarity with project\nreporting tools and documentation standards in the construction industry.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Bachelor\u2019s degree in civil engineering, Architecture,\nor related discipline.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Strong expertise in luxury fit\-out execution,\nmaterials, and workmanship standards.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Solid working knowledge of MEP coordination within\nhigh\-end fit\-out projects.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Familiarity with UAE authority requirements and\ninspection processes.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Strong ability to read, interpret, and coordinate IFC\ndrawings, shop drawings, specifications, and BOQs.<\/span><\/span>
