Fixture Coordinator, SportChek & Mark's
The Fixture Coordinator, Marks & Sport Chek is responsible for the accurate ordering, tracking, delivery, and issue resolution of fixtures and décor to support capital store projects, rollouts, and ongoing store operations. This role ensures stores receive the correct fixtures on time and supports store readiness through strong coordination with internal partners, vendors, and transportation teams.
What you'll do:
- Own the placement of fixture and décor orders for project stores using approved fixture checklists and ordering systems
- Gatekeep and track all outstanding fixture and décor orders across assigned projects and programs
- Monitor order status from placement through delivery and installation, proactively identifying risks or delays
- Respond to fixture inquiries via the fixture hotline and shared inboxes, including rush and priority requests
- Coordinate revisions, returns, and discrepancies to minimize store disruption and rework
- Facilitate the flow of fixtures from vendors through transportation partners to project and operational stores
- Act as a primary communication conduit between Execution Support Leads, Construction, vendors, transportation, and internal systems
Support invoice discrepancies, credits, debits, and financial reconciliation related to fixture orders - Maintain accurate system records to support reporting, compliance, and audit requirements
- Support rollouts, resets, and special projects requiring fixture ordering and coordination
What you'll bring:
- Experience supporting store projects, rollouts, or retail operations in a coordination or execution role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage high volumes of orders, emails, and competing priorities
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, recognizing the downstream impact of errors
- Strong communication skills and a customer service mindset when supporting stores and field teams
- Comfort working across systems such as Coupa, PeopleSoft, Excel, and shared mailboxes
- Demonstrated problem solving ability and persistence when resolving vendor, transportation, or system issues
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast paced, deadline‑driven environment
- Collaborative working style and willingness to work cross‑functionally to achieve shared outcomes
Our typical hiring range is between $44,000.00 and $73,000.00 CAD Annual. The target salary range is between $45,000.00 and $55,000.00 CAD Annual. Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, job-related knowledge, skills and competencies, market location, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements.
