About the Role:
The Fleet Acquisition Supervisor is responsible for leading the fleet acquisition process by managing recruitment activities, contractor relationships, and the acquisition team to ensure the required number of active couriers is achieved across all assigned regions. The role focuses on meeting hiring targets, improving activation and retention rates, and ensuring smooth coordination with cross-functional teams.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Fleet Acquisition team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors and recruitment partners.
  • Monitor the end-to-end acquisition process, from candidate sourcing to activation.
  • Track and analyze recruitment KPIs and prepare regular performance reports.
  • Ensure sufficient courier supply across all assigned regions based on operational demand.
  • Coordinate with Operations, HR, Finance, and other stakeholders to resolve acquisition-related issues.
  • Identify recruitment bottlenecks and implement improvement plans.
  • Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Develop action plans to improve activation, retention, and overall recruitment efficiency.
  • Coach, support, and evaluate team members to improve performance and productivity.
  • Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2–4 years of experience in Fleet Operations, Recruitment, Logistics, or Vendor Management.
  • Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is preferred.
  • Experience in last-mile delivery or logistics companies is an advantage.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Sound knowledge of vehicle maintenance, road safety, and logistics operations.
  • Proficient in fleet management software and MS Office tools.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and respond to operational emergencies.
