Role & responsibilities<\/b>

You will manage the operational aspects of a fleet of trailers for B2B FTL business of the company. You will ensure:
<\/p>

• Maximum utilization of the fleet capacity by:
  <\/li>
  • interacting effectively with the operations and sales teams in the company;
    <\/li>
  • hiring and managing drivers and cleaners;
    <\/li>
  • ensuring minimum breakdowns by following the maintenance procedures rigorously, in consultation with the maintenance team;
    <\/li>
  • talking to customers and brokers for return loads where applicable
    <\/li>
  • and all other operational aspects related to the managing a trailer fleet for ODC / FTL loads
    <\/li><\/ul>
  • Tracking of vehicles using GPS
    <\/li>
  • Best mileage and optimum consumption of diesel by the fleet
    <\/li><\/ul>

    Requirements<\/h3>

    • Minimum 2 years of experience in managing a fleet of trailers and FTL / ODC loads
      <\/li>
    • Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi and local languages
      <\/li>
    • Excellent IT skills, including MS Office
      <\/li>
    • Energetic and enthusiastic to achieve goals and targets
      <\/li>
    • Integrity and honesty
