Fleet Administrative Intern - Part-Time (3 days/week)
Location: Buchanan, NY
Reports to: Director of Fleet and HR
Pay: $17/hr

We are seeking a detail oriented, organized Fleet Administrative Intern to support our fleet operations and administrative team. This position offers hands on experience in logistics, database management, and corporate compliance within a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities
- Assist with updating and maintaining fleet databases, tracking maintenance schedules, and filing vehicle records.
- Help monitor vehicle compliance, including registrations, inspections, and safety camera reporting.
- Audit and organize digital and physical files, ensuring accuracy in data entry.
- Support the administration of driver safety presentations, training schedules, and compliance records.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; current enrollment in a college business, operations, or related program is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when entering data.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
- Ability to follow instructions closely and maintain high quality standards.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
