Flex DFM Engineer - Flex assembly/FPCA (Shenzhen)

We are looking for a DFM engineer who will focus on flexible printed circuits assembly manufacturing process setup, quality control and continuous improvements. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Science fields. 3+ years quality or process engineering experience in electronic industry. Be proficient in using process & quality tools like: SPC, MSA, FMEA and etc. Willing to travel to support manufacturing builds & resolve hot issues. Able to relocate and onsite support critical NPI/sustaining projects as necessary. Good communication, problem solving and presentation skills. Good team-player and independent, able to work under fast pace, committed and result orientated. Preferred Qualifications Master Degree or MBA is a plus. 5~10 years' experience of engineering, design, manufacturing, NPI, engineering program management, quality or supplier management in electronic industry, SMT /assembly experience and managerial experience. Familiar with quality management methods like 6 sigma, reliability test, failure analysis methodology etc. Work with multiple functional groups, shown strong leadership. Passionate & highly independent individual, good discipline, responsible and trustworthy. Experience of coding, smart manufacturing, digital transformation or AIML is an advantage.
