Floor Manager - Cecconi's Amsterdam

We’re looking for an experienced Floor Manager to support the smooth day-to-day operations of Cecconi’s Amsterdam, our Italian restaurant within the Soho House family. In this role, you’ll be a visible presence on the floor, leading service, connecting teams, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience at every moment.

You’ll work closely with both the floor and kitchen teams, supervising service, serving food and drinks, and maintaining a high standard of hospitality. Supporting the Restaurant Manager, you’ll play a key role in training, developing, and motivating the team while building genuine relationships with our members to create a true “home away from home” experience.

• Previous experience in a similar floor or restaurant management role
• A strong team player with clear communication skills
• Good time management, organisational, and administrative abilities
• Flexible availability for evenings and weekends
• Resilient and confident in handling busy or high-pressure situations
• A genuine passion for food, beverage, and guest satisfaction
