  • Ensure requested vehicles are\nprepared and positioned before scheduled customer appointments.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Coordinate with Sales team to\nprovide vehicles for test drives promptly, minimizing customer waiting time.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Verify that test drive vehicles\nare clean, fueled (where applicable), and in roadworthy condition before\ncustomer use.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Ensure vehicles are returned,\ninspected, and parked correctly after each test drive.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Report any vehicle issues\nidentified before or after test drives to the relevant team.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Manage the daily movement and\norganization of approximately 350 vehicles across the showroom, display areas,\ncustomer parking, and storage locations.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Conduct regular inspections to\nensure all display vehicles meet showroom presentation standards.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Coordinate with the vehicle\ncleaning/detailing team to maintain cleanliness of showroom and display\nvehicles.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Perform routine patrols of the\nshowroom parking areas to ensure operational efficiency and safety.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Monitor the designated test\ndrive area and coordinate with the relevant departments to resolve any\nobstructions or operational issues promptly.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Identify and report safety\nhazards, damaged vehicles, unauthorized parking, or operational concerns.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Ensure all vehicles are securely parked and\nlocked when not in use.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
