Food & Beverage Attendant
The Pullman Food & Beverage Attendants bridge the Culinary team’s vision with the guest experience, contributing significantly to our overall progress. Representing our brand and restaurant, you build upon the service standards guests come to recognise from the whole Pullman team. You’re up for the challenge of trying something new, always looking to add an extra flavour dimension that elevates the dining concept. With a natural flair for storytelling, you communicate and connect with guests to create a memorable experience. Highly adaptable and open minded, you excel under pressure and can juggle multiple priorities and guest needs, always finding a way to stay a step ahead for our guests and Pullman. We are looking for Food and Beverage Attendants to play a key role in creating a memorable dining experience for our guests.
Role Foundations:
- Setting up, serving, and clearing tables, as well as assisting with other food and beverage service-related tasks.
- Explaining the menu to guests, assisting those with special dietary needs or preferences
- Maximising sales opportunities with recommendations and suggestions
- Communicating with other departments to ensure the highest level of guest service is maintained
- Maintaining clean and safe work spaces and guest areas and ensuring food safety requirements are followed
Whilst talent and attitude are our primary requirements, you also have:
- Must have passion for quality, presentation and delivering outstanding customer service
- Great communication skills & presentation and confidence to engage with guests
- Possess a strong command of English both written and verbal
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Ability to work well under pressure, think on your feet and ability to make quick decisions.
- Available to work on a rotating roster over 7 days if required, including weekends, public holidays, mornings and night shifts.
- Proven experience in hospitality, food and beverage service is preferred
