Food & Beverage Manager

Responsible for overseeing all Food & Beverage operations across all outlets, banquet and catering functions, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, revenue growth, profitability, and compliance with brand standards and company policies.

  • Minimum 5 years of Food & Beverage management experience in hotels or hospitality operations.
  • Proven experience managing restaurants, bars and banquet operations.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop, motivate, and lead teams.
  • Sound knowledge of F&B operations, guest service standards, and food safety regulations.
  • Strong financial acumen in budgeting, cost control, revenue management, and profitability.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in POS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Fluent in English and Thai, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with guests, employees, and stakeholders at all levels.
