Food & Beverage Supervisor

We’re looking for a passionate and motivated Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead from the front and bring energy, personality, and consistency to our guest experience across restaurant, bar, poolside, and events.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll guide and support the team on shift, help drive service standards, and create a welcoming atmosphere that reflects the relaxed spirit of the resort. You’ll play a key role in building team culture, ensuring smooth operations, and delivering memorable guest experiences every day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily Food & Beverage operations across restaurant, bar, poolside and events
  • Motivate, support and develop team members to deliver exceptional guest service
  • Assist with rostering, recruitment, onboarding and payroll processes
  • Work closely with kitchen and events teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness and service quality
  • Manage guest feedback with professionalism and care
  • Support stock control, ordering and inventory management

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous Food & Beverage leadership experience in a hotel, resort or similar environment
  • Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
  • Strong leadership, communication and team-building skills
  • Hands-on, guest-focused approach with attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and public holidays
