Food Caller

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the efficient flow of orders from the front of the house to the kitchen
• Check dishes before serving for accuracy, presentation and temperature
• Maintain smooth communication between kitchen and front-of-house teams
• Monitor order flow during busy periods and prioritize urgent orders
• Assist in the final preparation of dishes
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the food pickup and serving area
• Report any order delays or issues to supervisors promptly
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Company

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar kitchen role preferred
• Able to perform spilt shift, work on weekends and public holidays
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods
• Passion for food and willingness to learn
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills
