Food Delivery Driver (Class 3) - Early Morning Shift

Our reliable overnight delivery operations ensure our F&B clients receive fresh supplies before opening for business each day.

JOB OVERVIEW

We are hiring 10 reliable Class 3 drivers to join our growing early-morning food delivery fleet. You will collect fresh food ingredients from our warehouse and deliver them to restaurants, kopitiams, and food vendors before they open for the day. This is a stable, full-time position with company-provided vehicle (which you may bring home after your shift).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Collect food ingredients from the company warehouse at the start of each shift

- Complete approximately 3 delivery trips per shift to assigned restaurants, kopitiams, and food vendors

- Plan and execute delivery routes efficiently to meet client time windows (typical operating window 1:00 AM to 11:00 AM)

- Handle food products with care to maintain quality and hygiene during transport

- Obtain delivery confirmation from clients and maintain accurate records

- Communicate with dispatch team regarding delivery status and any on-route issues

- Conduct basic pre-trip vehicle inspections and report mechanical issues promptly

- Maintain assigned company vehicle in clean, safe operating condition

REQUIREMENTS

- Valid Singapore Class 3 (or Class 3A) driving license

- Minimum 1 year of driving experience; commercial driving experience preferred

- Eligibility to work in Singapore as a commercial driver

- Proficiency in spoken Mandarin Chinese is required for daily communication with our Mandarin-speaking dispatch team, supervisors and management

- Physically fit to handle food supplies (lifting up to 20kg) and complete multiple deliveries per shift

- Able to commit to early morning shift (1:00 AM to 11:00 AM)

- Available to work 26 days per month with 1 rest day per week (as per Employment Act)

- Reliable, punctual and able to work independently

- Clean driving record (no major traffic offenses in the past 2 years)

WORKING HOURS AND SCHEDULE

- Shift timing: 1:00 AM to 11:00 AM (10 hours per shift, inclusive of 30-minute meal break)

- Working days: 26 days per month

- Rest day: 1 day per week (mutually agreed schedule)

- Weekly hours: 60 (Standard 44 + Statutory OT 16, within EA 72-hour monthly OT cap)

- Public holidays as per Employment Act

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

- Basic Salary: SGD 2,365 per month (meets Singapore Occupational Progressive Wage Driver floor)

- Statutory Overtime: 1.5x hourly basic rate paid for hours beyond 44 per week (approximately 69 OT hours/month)

- Estimated Monthly Gross Salary: approximately SGD 3,655 (Basic + Statutory OT)

- CPF contributions by employer as per Singapore regulations

- Paid annual leave as per Employment Act

- Paid medical leave as per Employment Act

- Work Injury Compensation Insurance provided

- Company vehicle provided, including all fuel and charging costs

- Take-home vehicle privilege - no need to return to depot after shift

- Referral bonus: SGD 200 per successful driver referred (paid after referred driver completes 3 months)
