Job Title: Food Manufacturing Supervisor

We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Food Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee daily production operations and ensure food products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and according to quality standards. work 8hrs Daily, except off days.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily food manufacturing operations.

• Ensure production targets and quality standards are met.

• Monitor food safety, hygiene, and workplace cleanliness.

• Lead and guide production staff on daily tasks.

• Handle production issues and ensure smooth workflow.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and food safety regulations.

• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Able to work long hours while standing.

• Physically fit and able to lift heavy food packets.

• Comfortable working in a hot kitchen/production environment.

• Able to communicate effectively in English and Burmese.

• Willing to work odd hours on weekends depending on production needs.

• Responsible, hardworking, and able to lead a team.

• Previous experience in food manufacturing or supervisory roles is an advantage.
  - Preferably have level 1 food safety Cert
