Food Runner - Sapori
Maintains a constant flow of food from the kitchen to the dining room
- Ensures the prompt delivery of food from the kitchen to the dining room.
- Assists Waitpersons in a cooperative manner to ensure efficient service to guests.
Delivers food to guests using standards fine dining etiquette. - Adheres to the principles of basic food service, delivering hot food hot and cold food
cold. - Familiarizes self with all food items on both printed and daily menus.
- Ensure food order is correct before serving to the guests.
- Ability to describe each dish when served.
- Monitor tables closely and be attentive to guests’ needs.
- Completes assigned side work as directed.
- Adheres to proper food safety and sanitation standards.
Maintains excellent communication with the expeditor, other runners, and front of house staff.
- High School graduate preferred
- 2 years front of house fine dining experience preferred.
- Literacy and fluency in English
- Above average communication and interactive skills
- Able to maintains a professional demeanor throughout service.
- Excellent guest service skills
- Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business.
- Acts as a role model to other Team Members and always presents oneself as a credit to Caesars Entertainment and encourages others to do the same. Adheres to all regulatory, company and department policies and procedures.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to constantly lift up to 30 lbs
- Ability to frequently lift and carry large, heavy banquet trays and beverage trays weighing up to 60 lbs
- Ability push/pull bus carts weighing up to 90 lbs
- Mobility to move quickly and easily throughout the restaurant and kitchen areas
- Ability to grasp, finger dexterity, hand-eye coordination
- Ability to hear and use visual inspection
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, reach and climb stairs
- Positions that have contact with the public require the ability to work in a noisy
environment, and may be exposed to guests who use tobacco products. Also, non-public contact positions may be required to enter public areas from time to time, in connection with their duties, and may be subject to the same environment.
