FOOT REFLEXOLOGIST

Key Responsibilities:

• Treatment Delivery: Perform specialized reflexology, and often shoulder/hand, massages using thumbs and fingers to stimulate specific reflex zones.
• Client Consultation: Assess client needs, discuss medical conditions, and explain the benefits of the treatment.
• Hygiene & Safety: Clean and sanitize work areas, sterilize tools, and replace linens between clients.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes.
• Customer Service: Build rapport, address customer inquiries, and ensure a professional, comfortable experience.

Requirements:

• Skills: Proficiency in reflexology techniques, good communication, and strong, steady hands.
• Experience: Often requires 1–3 years of experience, though training is sometimes provided.
• Attributes: Pleasant, friendly, and professional disposition.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
