- Greet guests: Create a friendly and positive experience by greeting each guest with enthusiasm and a smile.
- Perform treatments: Follow established protocols and allotted treatment times to provide professional reflexology treatments.
- Communicate: Explain foot reflexology, treatments, and therapies to guests and provide suitable recommendations.
- Maintain cleanliness: Ensure high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety at all times.
- Customer service: Communicate with guests during massages to adjust techniques as required and inquire about medical conditions and allergies.
- Experience: Proven experience working as a Foot Reflexologist, effective communication skills, and exceptional customer service skills are essential.
- Physical capability: The ability to perform the above duties physically and stand for long hours.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays, and to work shifts as needed.
