Position Overview:<\/b>

Encore Built is seeking a\nFormwork Carpenter based on the Sunshine Coast, with projects located across\nthe region. In this role, you will be responsible for constructing the formwork\nthat shapes concrete structures on our sites. You will interpret plans and\ndrawings, assemble formwork systems, and ensure accurate measurements and\nhigh\-quality finishes. Your craftsmanship and attention to detail will be key\nto the successful delivery of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:<\/b>

• Read and interpret construction blueprints and\n plans
  <\/li>
• Set up formwork using wood, or other materials
  <\/li>
• Measure, cut, and assemble formwork components\n accurately
  <\/li>
• Install reinforcements to strengthen concrete\n structures
  <\/li>
• Ensure alignment, leveling, and stability of\n formwork
  <\/li>
• Collaborate with team members and other trades to\n achieve project goals
  <\/li>
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean\n work environment
  <\/li><\/ul>

  Skills and Qualifications:<\/b>
  <\/p>

  • At least 1 year of proven experience as a Formwork\n Carpenter or similar role
    <\/li>
  • Cert III in Carpentry or similar desired
    <\/li>
  • Proficiency in carpentry techniques and tools
    <\/li>
  • Ability to read and understand construction\n drawings
    <\/li>
  • Strong mathematical skills for measurements and\n calculations
    <\/li>
  • Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship
    <\/li>
  • Physical stamina and ability to perform manual\n labor
    <\/li>
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
    <\/li>
  • Commitment to safety and quality standards
