THE OPPORTUNITY<\/b>
<\/h3>
We are looking for a <\/span>Forward Deployed Solutions Engineer (FDSE)<\/b> <\/span>to work <\/span>directly with enterprise customers<\/b>, deploying and customizing XenonStack\u2019s <\/span>Agentic AI platforms<\/b> <\/span>for real\-world impact.
<\/span><\/p>
This is a <\/span>hybrid role<\/b> <\/span>at the intersection of <\/span>solutions engineering, consulting, and customer success<\/b> <\/span>\u2014 ensuring enterprises not only deploy agentic systems, but transform their <\/span>business processes, decision\-making, and workflows<\/b>with them.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<\/b>

Enterprise Deployment & Integration<\/b>
<\/p>
Deploy and configure <\/span>Agentic AI, Vision AI, and Inference Infrastructure<\/b> <\/span>for enterprise clients.
<\/p><\/li>
Integrate solutions with <\/span>enterprise APIs, data systems, and third\-party tools<\/b>.
<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li>
Solution Engineering<\/b>
<\/p>
Translate client business requirements into <\/span>technical architectures for agentic systems<\/b>.
<\/p><\/li>
Customize AI agents and multi\-agent workflows to align with industry\-specific compliance and workflows.

Customer Collaboration<\/b>
<\/p>
Partner with <\/span>CXOs, IT leaders, and domain experts<\/b> <\/span>to understand strategic challenges.

Run <\/span>discovery sessions, demos, and workshops<\/b> <\/span>to showcase solution value.

Reliability & Observability<\/b>

Ensure deployments are <\/span>reliable, observable, and cost\-optimized<\/b>.

Work with <\/span>AgentOps and Observability Engineers<\/b> <\/span>to monitor performance, traceability, and governance.

Feedback & Product Alignment<\/b>

Act as the <\/span>customer\u2019s technical voice<\/b> <\/span>within XenonStack.
<\/p><\/li>
Provide structured feedback to shape <\/span>product features, roadmap, and UX improvements<\/b>.

Training & Enablement<\/b>
<\/p>
Create <\/span>technical documentation, runbooks, and playbooks<\/b> <\/span>for clients.
<\/p><\/li>
Train customer teams on <\/span>operating, monitoring, and scaling agentic systems<\/b>.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS<\/b>
<\/h3>
Must\-Have<\/b>
<\/span><\/p>
3\u20136 years of experience in <\/span>Solutions Engineering, Forward\-Deployed Engineering, or Enterprise SaaS delivery<\/b>.
<\/p><\/li>
Strong proficiency in <\/span>Python, APIs, and cloud\-native platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)<\/b>.
<\/p><\/li>
Familiarity with <\/span>LLM orchestration frameworks<\/b> <\/span>(LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex).
<\/p><\/li>
Hands\-on with <\/span>containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)<\/b> <\/span>and CI/CD pipelines.
<\/p><\/li>
Excellent <\/span>communication and client\-facing skills<\/b> <\/span>with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
<\/p><\/li>
Proven ability to <\/span>solve problems under pressure<\/b> <\/span>and adapt solutions to customer environments.

Good\-to\-Have<\/b>
<\/span><\/p>
Experience with <\/span>AgentOps tools<\/b> <\/span>(LangSmith, Arize AI, PromptLayer, Weights & Biases).
<\/p><\/li>
Knowledge of <\/span>RAG pipelines, vector databases, and knowledge graph integration<\/b>.
<\/p><\/li>
Background in deploying solutions for <\/span>regulated industries (BFSI, GRC, SOC, Healthcare)<\/b>.
<\/p><\/li>
Understanding of <\/span>Responsible AI practices<\/b> <\/span>(safety, fairness, compliance).
