Founder's Office Intern
With a PPO if satisfactory performance
Read this before you apply
This is not a strategy role. This is not a product role.
This is execution. Hands down, get-it-done, do-the-dirty-work execution.
If you want to understand what actually goes into running a startup — the unglamorous work behind building a profitable business, not just a funded one — this is it. You'll see how the machine runs from the inside, and you'll be one of the people keeping it running.
We're hiring people who give a shit about what they do. People who want to be founders one day and want to learn what that really takes, up close. If you like moving fast, figuring things out with no instruction manual, and being useful everywhere — you'll probably love it.
If you want a clean job description with neat boundaries, this isn't for you.
What you'll actually do
On any given day you might be:
- Owning operational tasks end-to-end and making sure nothing falls through the cracks
- Chasing down information, vendors, candidates, customers — whatever the business needs
- Building, fixing, and improving the internal processes that keep things moving
- Jumping into whatever the founders need solved that day, and solving it
- Tracking numbers that matter and flagging what's off before it becomes a problem
You'll be measured on whether things got done — well, and on time. Not on slides.
What we're looking for
- You take ownership. When something's yours, it's done — no follow-ups needed.
- You move fast and figure things out without hand-holding.
- You sweat the details and don't let things slip.
- You genuinely care about the quality of your work.
- You want to build something of your own someday and want a front-row seat to how it's done.
- You're comfortable with ambiguity and a Monday–Saturday pace.
What you get
- A real, unfiltered look at how a venture-backed startup is built and run profitably
- Direct exposure to the founders and core team and how decisions actually get made
- A PPO if you perform
- The kind of operating experience that's worth far more than the title
