The Founder\u2019s Office<\/b> at StarClinch is the inner circle working directly with the CEO to streamline execution, remove cross\-functional bottlenecks, and align teams toward company priorities.

This is a high\-speed, dynamic role\u2014not a routine 9\-to\-5 job. It demands sharp thinking, speed, ownership, and proactive problem\-solving. You\u2019ll be expected to wear multiple hats, leverage AI tools, and work directly with a sharp, detail\-driven founder.

Key Responsibilities

Execution & Operations<\/b>

  • Solve bottlenecks across departments\u2014artist onboarding, revenue ops, support, and hiring
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Create systems, workflows, and SOPs from scratch and monitor their adoption
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Track business metrics, identify red flags, and report updates to the founder regularly
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Coordinate across internal teams to ensure deadlines are met
    <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    Business & Strategic Projects<\/b>
    <\/h4>
    • Conduct research for market trends, competitor benchmarks, new features, and pricing models
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Build dashboards and data summaries using Excel/Sheets or Notion
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Work closely with tech, sales, artist relations, and marketing teams to align execution with goals
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Own ad hoc, high\-priority projects that need founder\-level oversight
      <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      Founder Support & Communication<\/b>

      • Draft emails, investor updates, decks, and presentations
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Take ownership of meeting agendas, follow\-ups, and implementation
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Ensure seamless communication and alignment across all internal and external stakeholders

      • Think two steps ahead of the founder and proactively clear roadblocks
