About the Role

This is an early-stage, high-ownership role working directly alongside the founder of a small but fast-growing B2B GTM automation agency based in Munich. The agency builds Go-To-Market systems — outbound workflows, inbound automation, RevOps architecture, and custom AI-driven solutions — for B2B SaaS companies, primarily in the DACH region.

You'll be embedded across client delivery, operations, research, and nascent product work. There's no hand-holding here: you'll own real problems from week one, work across contexts, and learn how modern B2B growth operates from the inside. If you've built things before and want to keep building, this role is for you.

The role is hybrid based in Munich, Germany. Visa sponsorship is not available.

What You'll Do

  • Client Delivery: Own meaningful parts of client projects — research, workflow builds (Clay, n8n, etc.), QA, and execution. You'll work on real GTM challenges every week.

  • Operations: Keep the agency running smoothly. Manage proposals, invoicing, documentation, and tooling. Build systems so nothing slips through the cracks.

  • Research & Strategy: Dig into markets, competitors, and new opportunities to help shape what the agency offers and to whom.

  • Product Development: Help validate, build, and launch a GTM Career Accelerator — a new program currently in early exploration.

  • Content & Visibility: Turn learnings into content that builds the agency's reputation and authority in the GTM space.

What We're Looking For

Required:

  • 1+ year of experience in a business role — sales, marketing, GTM, or similar.

  • Some exposure to GTM strategy, RevOps, or B2B SaaS product development.

  • Rigorous but fast: you studied something demanding (CS, business, engineering, or similar) and can structure problems clearly without over-engineering.

  • A track record of shipping something — a side project, student org, failed startup, or scrappy internship where you did far more than your title suggests.

  • Comfortable with Notion, Google Workspace, and Slack.

  • Fluent English (written and spoken).

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with Clay, n8n, or Make (these can be learned on the job).

  • German language skills — a strong plus, as most clients are DACH-based.
