Founding GTM
The Role
We're looking for a founding growth & content hire to help take Aspect from early traction into a category-defining company.
This is a highly cross-functional role spanning content, distribution, growth, and community. You'll work directly with the founders to build the engine behind how Aspect reaches creative and post-production teams — from short-form video and social to creator partnerships, events, and growth experiments. We're looking for someone who's comfortable in front of the camera, has real taste, moves fast, and is excited to operate across both strategy and execution.
What You'll Do
- Own content end-to-end: film and lightly edit short-form video (CapCut, Premiere, or Resolve), write for LinkedIn, social, and email, and produce or source demo videos.
- Build our creator engine: find creators, script content, manage relationships, and ship ads. If scaling that means hiring and directing contractors or editors overseas, you own that too.
- Run rapid growth experiments across acquisition, activation, and retention to find what moves the needle.
- Drive offline growth: host dinners, meetups, and events that put Aspect in front of the right people.
- Develop creative GTM plays around launches, viral moments, and creator ecosystems.
- Leverage AI tooling and automation to scale content production and experimentation velocity.
- Help shape the broader go-to-market strategy as one of the earliest business hires at Aspect.
What We're Looking For
- A strong eye for content: you know what makes something worth watching, and you can turn a product into stories people actually engage with.
- Comfortable on both sides of the camera: recording, hosting, and doing lightweight editing (CapCut, Premiere, or Resolve), with the taste to make it look good.
- Experience taking a product, brand, or channel from 0 → 1, ideally at an early-stage startup or high-growth company.
- Highly experimental and self-directed: You move fast, take real ownership, and figure things out in ambiguity.
- Strong instincts for distribution: social, creators, community, events, and whatever new channel works next.
- Fluent in modern content and growth tooling, with a bias toward using AI and automation to do more with less.
- Bonus: experience sourcing and managing creators or contractors, and comfort directing a remote team to scale output.
- Excited about how technology is used to shape how creatives work.
