Founding GTM & B2B Sales Lead
About the Role
This is a rare opportunity to be the first dedicated GTM and B2B Sales hire at an early-stage healthtech startup based in Berlin. There is no playbook yet — you'll build it. The company offers a data-driven, personalized health concierge platform — combining biomarker testing, personalized wellness plans, and 24/7 medical team access — targeting both individual users and employers/corporate wellness buyers across the DACH region and beyond.
What You'll Do
Own the entire B2B revenue motion from day one: strategy, outbound, pipeline, and closing
Identify and close partnerships with employers, insurers, clinics, and corporate wellness buyers
Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for B2B channels from scratch
Negotiate pricing, packaging, and contracts directly with founders and executive stakeholders
Build and manage a full end-to-end pipeline (outbound, inbound, partnerships) autonomously
Feed real market signal back into product, pricing, and operations (voice of customer)
Leverage a modern, AI-first sales tech stack to operate efficiently and at scale
What We're Looking For
Must-haves (dealbreakers):
2+ years closing complex B2B deals in the €10k–€500k+ range with a proven track record
Background in healthtech, corporate benefits, insurance, or premium SaaS strongly preferred
Native German and fluent English — German proficiency is mandatory, as most prospects are German-speaking
Ability and willingness to work on-site in Berlin, Monday–Friday (in-person is non-negotiable)
Eligible to work in Germany without visa sponsorship (no visa sponsorship available)
Demonstrated zero-to-one experience: you've built or grown something from scratch, not just scaled at a late-stage company
Required skills & experience:
Proficiency with a modern sales tech stack: Attio, HubSpot, Clay, Apollo, n8n, Lemlist, Notion, Linear
Comfort operating as a founding seller or first AE in a founder-led sales environment
Strong technical fluency — you build your own workflows and don't wait for ops support
Experience negotiating directly with C-suite and founder-level stakeholders
Nice to have:
Experience or genuine interest in healthtech, corporate benefits, or insurance verticals
AI-first sales workflow experience and data-driven selling approach
Track record of using customer feedback to influence product and go-to-market decisions
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: €50,000–€60,000 all-in OTE (annually)
Full-time employment contract
Early-stage equity upside in a pre-seed funded healthtech company
Direct impact on company direction — work closely with the founding team
Location
Berlin, Germany — on-site, Monday to Friday
This is a fully in-person role; remote or hybrid arrangements are not available
